Following a comprehensive introduction to the workplace, working as part of the site NPD team, you will receive support and training in food development disciplines from the translation of projects from concept through to launch understanding all areas of the critical path understanding development, specifications, and artwork. So, you can be confident that your career will get all the development it needs.
To achieve all this you need to show you have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
With a degree in a food Science or technical / quality related discipline you will have a genuine passion for the food industry, be technically focused and highly motivated, as we’re looking for a graduate with a passion for food, and an eye for detail.
