Job Title:Graduate Financial Systems Analyst
Location:Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire
Hours of work:Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
This is an excellent opportunity to join the finance/IT team of a first-class manufacturing organisation. Based at our UK head office, the role is to provide application support to local Finance teams throughout the Froneri Group.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starting candidate to be trained on the Finance modules of the Oracle JD Edward application and will work alongside, and learning from, the Group Finance system team members and the third-party consultants.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail must be important to you, as is a getting it right first-time attitude, a positive approach, and a commitment to providing a first-class customer service.
You will have the ability to multi-task, have a flexible approach to work, with good basic administration, computer & numeracy skills.
Reporting to the Group Head of Finance Systems your role responsibilities will include:
•Provide Level 1 accounting system support to global users
•Understand and troubleshoot end-user issues and system bugs in timely manner through the IT service desk
•Manage simple configuration requests
•Proactively identifying and fixing/reporting system issues
•Supporting requirements gathering for new functionality
•Support in testing of new functionality
•Contribute to the installation and Live Support of new implementations
