Role:Sales Ledger Administrator 
Location:Leeming Bar
Salary:£22.5k per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Ledger Administrator to provide additional support to a busy finance team. 

You will be driven and motivated with a helpful and approachable manner. Requiring excellent communication & organisational skills with a good understanding of Sales Ledger and Credit Control processes. 

The role will include:

•Managing your allocated accounts to ensure timely payments and resolution of customer deductions
•Allocate cash received against customer accounts
•Monitor cashflow on a daily basis
•Input pricing once approved by the account manager and ensure pricing accuracy ahead of daily invoice runs
•Resolve customer queries both internally and externally
•Raise credit notes as and when authorised to do so
•Contribute to weekly department KPIs 
•Scanning, indexing and filing documents
•Ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary by manager
•Holiday cover for team members

You must be confident & personable, able to work as part of a team, with an excellent telephone manner. You should have the ability to multi task, a flexible approach, with good admin, computer & numeracy skills and an eye for detail.
