Logistics Import/Export Administrator
Leeming Bar, Northallerton, North Yorkshire
Salary: Circa £20k dependent on skills and qualifications 

This really is an exceptional opportunity to join an outstanding and growing organization within the food industry. 
Reporting to the Logistics Projects Manager and based out of Leeming Bar factory you will be responsible for import / export administration in line with post Brexit legislation to ensure the seamless flow of goods to support a busy logistics team.
You will be driven and motivated with a helpful and approachable manner. Requiring excellent communication & organisational skills, you will be responsible for the following: 

Your role responsibilities will include:
-Update Imports & Export Customs log spreadsheets to track the movement of goods
-Collecting batch specific paperwork for export process and import pre notifications
-Saving all import and export documentation into their relevant folders
-Raising Purchase orders and booking in finished goods we import 
-Following relevant government export procedures and work with relevant authorities e.g. Customs, Vets and DFFRA
-working with 3rd party logistics providers
-Updating stock reconciliations

You must be confident & personable, able to work as part of a team, with an excellent telephone manner. You should have the ability to multi-task, a flexible approach, with good basic admin, computer & numeracy skills with an eye for detail. You should be enthusiastic and willing to learn. No previous experience is necessary as full-training is provided.
