CUSTOMER MARKETING EXECUTIVE
An exciting new opportunity now exists within our Marketing team for a Customer Marketing Executive.
It’s a very versatile role working closely with both the Customer and Brand Marketing teams as well as other departments including Commercial and Product Development so good communication skills as well as a collaborative approach are very important.
You’ll be responsible for establishing Froneri as the ice cream category experts across the traditional convenience customer base (Nisa, Spar, McColls etc) and focus on developing mutually beneficial relationships in order to deliver incremental category growth.
You will become proficient in using third party market data (IRI, Nielsen, Kantar) and be regularly analysing it to identify key trends and insights that will support category growth and feed into the development of the Froneri channel strategy. You’ll also share these learnings with customers and influence their decision making on ranging, new products, merchandising, distribution, promotions and space.
To do this you will need a mix of analytical, people, and creative skills. You’ll need the ability to take insight from research and data to form a compelling story and be a confident communicator and comfortable in presenting to others. Excellent p.c skills will be essential as the role will involve frequent use of PowerPoint and Excel.
