Sales Team Support Executive
We are looking to recruit future talent within our forward thinking organisation.
Froneri have a commercial and entrepreneurial vision and are looking to expand their sales division by recruiting a new apprentice to support the team. The role will involve working towards a Business and Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship standard. As part of your role over the 15 months you will be given exposure to different teams within the organization in order to gain a better understanding of the business.
You will be providing vital support to the sales team who will work with you to train you in the basic principles of sales and account management.
The aim is to gain enough company and product knowledge to ensure that you can then progress onto one of the Account Executive roles once you have successfully completed your apprenticeship.
Key responsibilities will include:
•Processing new sales leads
•Managing correspondence between sales team and clients
•Monitoring customer accounts
•Provide data and reports to sales team
•Understanding the importance and keeping track of sales targets
•Understanding and supporting the company supply chain
•Phone Calls
•Scheduling appointments
•Preparing sales material and presentations
•Learning the importance of customer time lines
•Supporting sales process from point of order to delivery
•Attend internal and external training as and when required
•Working towards the basic principles of account management
•Identifying and evaluating sales opportunities
•Learning the importance of upselling and cross selling
•Building positive relationships both internally and externally
During your time with us you will be mentored by experienced sales professionals who will encourage you to build upon your competences and skills as well as develop your practical abilities while you are with us.
You must be a confident individual possessing high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, as is a getting it right first time attitude, a positive approach and a commitment to providing a first class customer service.
If you are successful you would be expected to attend Darlington College on a Thursday where you will gain the knowledge element of your course. At the end of the course you will need to sit a basic knowledge test of our course, portfolio based interview and a project presentation. All of these elements will be supported by Darlington College.
