Engineering Stores Administrator
Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire

We are currently looking to recruit an Engineering Stores Administrator at our Leeming Bar site.
Working as part of the site engineering team you will ensure the availability of spare parts for the maintenance function for efficient running of all plant and machinery.
Your role responsibilities will include:
•Stock control of all spare parts in store ensuring minimum spare part quantities as per min stock levels are available.
•Maintain Engineering stores, housekeeping.
•Source suppliers and obtain goods and services at most competitive prices
•Regular Stock taking of engineering spares stores.
•Update of engineering KPI’s, site service meter readings.
To be considered for this role we require the following skills and experience:
•Stock control systems in stores or warehouse’s
•Identification of engineering parts
You must demonstrate flexibility and going the extra distance to make sure the tasks are completed. Able to demonstrate the ability to think and communicate effectively. Highly organized with a good eye for detail, along with strong administrative skills, excellent PC system skills and have an excellent telephone manner.
