This really is an exceptional opportunity for a supply chain professional with relevant experience to join an outstanding and growing organization within the food industry. 

Reporting to the country head you will be involved in projects dealing with the control, flow, storage and availability of all finished stock to our customers.
 
This is a customer facing role with the responsibility of ensuring our customers receive the correct stock in adherence with service level expectations by working on the delivery of project improvements with 3rd party logistics providers. 


Your role responsibilities will include:

•Collaborate internally and externally with key stakeholders to achieve excellent customer forecast accuracy and service level. 
•Drive best practice and adherence to the business cycle, supporting the monthly and annual forecasting processes.
•Collaborative demand planning for all base and customer events, having overall accountability for customer supply chain KPIs. 
•Establish and build strong and influential customer relationships 
•Aim to be the customer expert, first point of contact for any queries both internally and externally.
•Responsible for managing customer demand planning, setting clear priorities.
•Leading forecast review meetings with the commercial team
•Review of performance to improve forecast accuracy
•Responsible for planning and agreeing customer NPD launches with customers and internally with sales.


To be considered for this role we require the following skills, qualifications and experience:

•You must be degree qualified with a proven success in customer facing demand planning role and/or customer logistics role within an FMCG or food retailer environment
•Experience and knowledge of major food retailers 
•Knowledge and experience of dealing with retailer systems and processes
•Knowledge of systems applications and MRP
•Experience of influencing stakeholders and customers to deliver change projects
•Excellent interpersonal & influencing skills with ability to constructively challenge & build great relationships.
•Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive change.
•Performance driven with a continuous Improvement mind set and ability to look longer term
•Ability to multitask, prioritise and consistently achieve tight deadlines
•Strong quantitative and computer skills (Microsoft office package)
•Strong analytical skills, root cause management to improve demand and supply KPI
•Knowledge of in and out supply chains
•Operational interface experience across multi sites.
•Production planning and scheduling knowledge
•Working with 3rd party service providers.
